Debris Chute
Construction sites are always prone to accidents, dirt and unsafe working conditions. During construction debris is generated. Disposal of this construction waste is nightmare for Project Engineers. Lots of accidents happen due to this and most of them are fatal.
Human life is invaluable and occurrence of these accidents may lead to huge financial, legal liabilities and site schedule can go haywire. This loss is immense.
Some Of This Problems Associated With Unsafe Disposal Of Debris Are As Follows.
Accidents, mostly fatal accidents.
Huge financial and legal liabilities.
Unsafe working environment for workmen, staff and visitors.
Deviation from latest OSHAS and ISO 14000 norms.
High dust and noise level.
More manpower for debris disposal.
Cleaning of ducts used for debris disposal is tedious.
In densely populated areas this task becomes much more difficult.
Unfortunately, till date nobody has given a proper thought to this problem nor given a slightest of attention.
We, a leading organisation in Solid West Handling, have come up with a state of art technology to give solution to this problem of debris disposal.
Now disposal of debris is SAFE and User friendly by using Debris Chute Systems.

Garbage Chute | FAQ’s
What is a Refuse/ Garbage Disposal chute? How is its existence to the Building Industry?
A Refuse Chute or Garbage Chute is used for safe and easy disposal of Garbage from each floor. It is convenient to use and provided as an amenity to most residential buildings today.
What is Centralized Garbage collection?
A Centralized Collection enables collecting Garbage from each flat on every floor through a Disposal Chute into a collection Chamber/Trolley at the ground level. Users need not use the passenger lift, or the stairway.
How does a Garbage Chute work?
Users have to open the intake door and simply deposit the Garbagein in the self closing Intake Doors. The Garbage moves along the Chute and collects in a trolley at the ground level. The Intake Doors are amicably made to recive a particular volume of disposal to avoid damage and choke-up.
How hygienic is a Garbage Chute?
All Intake Doors are sealed with a rubber lining to prevent insects and foul smell. The chute has an Air-Vent at the topmost floor, which will dispel gases from the chute. The chutes also come with ‘Sprinklers’ which will wash the chute and keep it clean.
For example:
The Liquid Deodorant Sanitizing unit will spray deodorant into the shaft through an electronic control unit supplied with the chute.
An electrical or mechanical blower is also provided to emit the gases from the shaft.
An Electro / Mechanical cleaning system using a heavy bristled brush also cleans the chute. With the above system the chute and it surroundings can be kept hygienic at all times.
Is it environment friendly?
Garbage Chutes enable easy disposal of waste. This waste is collected and segregated in a trolley at the ground level, which ensures hygienic disposal.
